This prestigious championship is conducted under Nihon Shotokan Karate-Do SANKUKAI,WKF compete, and is open to eligible karatekas across all approved categories.

🔹 Imports

• This form must be filled accurately and completely by the Coach / Team Manager.

• Participants may register for Kata, Kumite, or both, as per eligibility.

• Age, weight, and belt category must match the official rules.

• Entry fees once paid are non-refundable.

• Any incorrect or incomplete entry may lead to disqualification.

• By submitting this form, participants agree to abide by all rules, safety guidelines, and decisions of referees and the organising committee.

🔹 Safety & Consent:

• All participants must be medically fit to compete.

• The organisers are not responsible for injuries, though first aid and medical supportIn

• Event photos/videos may be used for official promotional purposes.
